What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to meet many, including leadership. There's a culture-focused lunch interview that I think is really important to evaluate the team dynamic and those you'd be working closely with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HomeLight does a great job of hiring diverse talent. A number of HomeLighters have had long careers in real estate, but we balance that with fresh perspectives from people who've spent years in tech, ecommerce, legislation, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency! Leadership shares information with the whole company and ensures everyone understands what the priorities are the highest level. This fosters a collaborative environment that not only facilitates cross-functional alignment but creates opportunities for people at all levels to speak up.
