I have been working for HomeLight for a year now and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every day of work. The company understands that the job can get somewhat repetitive so they make sure that every day you have new resources available so I can perform at my best.

How I was able to speak with 2-3 different managers to get a good feeling of how the company operates.

The fact that I get to help people make one of the most important decisions in their life, buying and/ or selling a home.

The fact that I get to help people all over the county make an informed decision with one of the biggest transactions in their lifetime.

I like how our leadership team openly shares information on the overall health of the business. It makes me feel more connected to our overall goals.

Everyone supports each other and wants them to succeed. There is no competing for leads or clients since everyone is given an equal opportunity to succeed.

I like how transparent they are with everyone on the sales team. It is great to understand the issues that management is spending most of their time on.

Everyone from leadership down always has a positive outlook. No matter the situation, everyone is able to put the past behind them and do their best each and every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very friendly and caring. We all have a great time interacting with one another in and outside of work. It gives me a boost of energy knowing I get to see them in person when we are in the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that culture is a main priority within the company. My managers are always checking in to make sure that I am in a good headspace and are always available if I need anything. They will do whatever is necessary to help.
