Work is challenging and there is a great mix of independent & collaborative work. Employees are given adequate time to do their work.

Team has a diverse background & is not afraid to step outside of their comfort zone to explore new ideas. Feedback is encouraged and is actually taken to heart. Very skill team members
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process leaned towards real-world interaction; how you would work & collaborate with your peers. Did not include a textbook whiteboard, which is a staple of technical interviews but is often (rightly so) maligned in the tech industry.
