The culture is great if you're an engineer, but otherwise there's a lot of infighting without admitting that infighting is happening. Lots of sexism under the surface including from women there.

Got to meet a wide variety of people and they welcomed my questions

They respond pretty well to feedback and don't think they're superior to regular people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less departmental politics, get a handle on the toxicity of some of the more established sales people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less tolerance for undermining others, less helpless middle management, more actual leadership rather than just saying things they think leaders say.
