What are some of the best things about your team?
We are diverse in background and thinking. I enjoy listening to how someone else will approach the problem and we are able to either say when we are wrong and understand the different prespectives while being open to it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has its challenges as the company os growing , but i do feel the sense of ownership and understanding on various issues. Also, you can place time on anyone's calendar to understand their objectives and how you fit into the equation. So, there's a level of transparency I enjoy.
