What is the best part about your compensation package?
Floating holidays (a day off every month if there isn't already a holiday). Better than average healthcare coverage and premium relief for a startup at this stage.

The incredibly smart people I get to interact with and learn from every day. All of the incredible feedback we get from our customers all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust and transparency. Even though there are not shortage of opinions, there is a trust that we are all working toward the same goals, and want to help each other make things better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The company believes in async collab first, and meetings are a last resort. Everyone puts info in writing, pre-reads are sent and expected to be consumed. No wasted time. Also no-meeting Wednesdays help too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, caring, down-to-earth people who believe that Honeycomb is a talent-driven org, who do things like pioneer an employee board seat. They listen. They empower. They try to get themselves aligned so that everyone is working toward the same strategy and goals.
