Overall a great company culture that is at a critical phase in growth. Hiring isn't going in the right direction in my opinion. The product has it's niche but now with series C, we need to grow fast and can't go at the pace we have done in the past. We need to prioritize better or will sink.

Very passionate about the people. This company is very progressive and puts people first
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is the slowest engineering company I've ever worked for. Knowledge is silod and it feels like 80% of the work can be attributed to 20% of the people across all the orgs. We can't keep relying on those 20% to carry us forever as we grow.
