The overall Team atmosphere of winning and losing together.

The communication level and clear target to the goals ahead.

The percentage rates after you hit 100% of quota + the Stock Options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Have not met them yet but a few slacks have been really helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers work smarter not harder so they can spend more time doing what they want to do vs managing code and releases.
