What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel any conflict between what we're building and my personal ethical principles
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, and a culture of taking it when needed. Also as someone new to startups I was definitely undervaluing myself and I was offered more than I asked for
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a culture of "we're in this together", expectations are clear, there is a high standard of excellence, everyone is really nice and inclusive, and there are plenty of jokes & humor
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely willing to take feedback / criticism and make improvements on that feedback. Recognition of the importance of things (business, tech, and cultural) that are hard short term but will pay off long term.
