All expectations are clear and concise and leadership is in it to win it with us.

Not location based. Everyone is compensated based on the prime location irrelevant of where you are.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wake up excited to go to work and know that we are helping others in what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is the best I've experienced but what is more important is the methodology and tools that have been implemented and are in use are to ensure this culture not only remains but thrives.
