What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engaging with employees in a thoughtful and caring manner. It's nice to be treated as a person even by C-suite!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone backs each other and helps each other. The environment is super transparent and any employee can and will jump in to help others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is excellent, but the healthcare package and other benefits are incredible. I haven't even gotten round to using them all yet but I will!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honeycomb 100% hires adults, adults with ambition, drive and a focus on learning. It's a great environment to be in, and culture is built in a way that it works really well with remote working.
