Learning from my brilliant colleagues. Being given time and space to do my best. Clear direction --- LOVE that we see the board slides after every board meeting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am surrounded by a group of high performers with lots of empathy. We all screw up from time to time, and that's okay. I've never learned so much in so little time.
