I love this job and going to work everyday

This is a terrible company to work for. They will not pay out your PTO and does not offer you benifits that cover the injuries you recieve there. Terrible company that will not look out for your chuld and provide consistent therapy.

The CEO and other leadership members all part of clicks. They cover things up dealing with the safety of the kids. Also if an employee report something about a member of leadership or about another employee then that specific preson becomes a target.

It was not a good experience

The leadership at the clinic level was overwhelmingly supportive. The coworkers were amazing and most seemed to be in the field for the right reasons. However, upper management is severely lacking. If you do not hold a position of power, you are regarded as lesser to those at the corporate level.

They all communicate well done

They are caring and understanding.

Clinical leadership is very much in line with my own values.

Being honest and respectful and keeping their word.

The manager is a ring leader of clicks at the center. He believes he's untouchable. He once said," as long as you keep your upper boss in your pocket, you can never do wrong"

Everything- no knowledge of state laws and regulations, every question is pawned off on someone else. They have no idea what they're doing.

Communication, organization, supporting RBTs, and just overall appreciation of their workers

I have had serious and rude comments made by leadership. No reports are actually made when children are mistreated or employees. HIPPA is violated constantly

The benefit is unfair. They do not have any benefits for weight loss prevention nor benefits

Theyre kind. My co workers are the only reason im sad about leaving

Funny and kind and caring

I loved my coworkers and direct team, including most of the BCBAs. Everyone was very close-knit, but not in a gross "work family" type of way. More that we all knew we shared a common goal and just wanted to do everything to achieve a better life for our kids.

Hire new people who do their jobs.

If there was no BCBA's pod/clicks then things would be bettee

Knowledge and Professionalism. Initiatitive and follow through.

Clocking out and not coming back.

The way we are expected to interact with the patients.

Those who work at "home base" need to be more in touch with their center employees.

Education and training. Team building.

I was able to discuss personal limitations and have them accommodated when I was offered the position.

Stop hiring everyone who is not made for the job. And over and under staffing constantly not protecting hour consistently.

I mean theyll hire anyone regardless of if they are qualified
