Transparency is very high. I don't ever feel that there are things going on "behind the scenes" that I don't know about.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a real focus on moving forward and improvement rather than looking backward and assigning blame. It feels extremely OK to have an idea, try it, check the data and find out it didn't work, and try a new idea. It's a good environment for fostering innovation.
