As a salaried employee I work about 60-70 hours a week, and I don't feel as if the work is distributed as well as it could be.

My team is energetic, passionate, caring, kind, and goes above and beyond. They support me when they can and are always around for feedback or to help out when they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe this company practices what they preach and is concerned about trust with their clients. I think this company is building a rock solid foundation to grow strong on, and as we scale they will scale in the right ways.
