I am paid in line with what is fair for my experience and maybe even more
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is transparent, caring, and energetic. People work hard but not over the top, the office is mostly clear by 5 or 6.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet members of the team and do a test involving job duties which helped me see what the job would be like
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I inquired about moving up I was told my manager didn't want to lose me. Not inspiring as this is not supportive of me and my growth. Many positions that could have been filled internally with promotions were hired externally. Compensation is not adequate and not equivalent with cost of living.
