The culture here is extremely laid back and which makes it easy to talk to anyone regardless of their position or team they are on.

I enjoy the conversations that I have with customers about their needs and working with them to solve challenges that affect the most vulnerable populations of youth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The communication on our team is strained at best and causes many issues with working together. Everyone also doesn't have the right knowledge and/or skills to effectively do their job.
