What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very motivated by the mission of the company and want to be strong contributors. In general, everyone is very positive and friendly. I love coming into the office and seeing people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was market value for what is actually needed to be successful for the role. We would attract and retain highly qualified candidates and not hire less than qualified candidates (which invariably lead to high turnover and more overall cost to the company).
