I like the direction the company is headed. Values are clearly defined and there is an effort to live/work by them each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is putting in 100% and our departments work together towards our goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to own equity in the company is always a nice incentive. PTO is also great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great with how we work together. The way we communicate and tackle projects is fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are open to hearing concerns from staff and will take those concerns into their decision-making process
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it included not just my immediate boss but the heads of the department. It shows that there is care put into the process and an investment in bringing on good candidates
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate that the company is run/founded by women. Although diversity is an issue (as with all tech companies), it is something that the exec team is clearly focused on changing. I see this as an extremely positive move.
