our team and other departments are very understanding of the work we do. That empathy goes a long way for all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I would just like to see full health benefits for PPO and some wellness stipends especially working from home
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the mission of our company. Our leadership team has a wonderful way of using data but not forgetting about the emotional impact on our clients. I have full trust in our leadership team and service we offer to schools
