Michael John Cramer — Executive VP & Chief Administrative Officer at Hostess Brands

Mr. Michael John Cramer serves as the President and Secretary of CDM Hostess Class C, LLC. Mr. Cramer has been Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Hostess Brands, Inc. since November 3, 2016. Mr. Cramer has served as the Vice President at Fairmont Aviation LLC since April 2013. Mr. Cramer served as Vice President at CDM Hostess and Vice President at Hostess CDM Co-Invest, LLC since April 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Planning & Development at Pabst Brewing Company, LLC from June 2010 to November 2014. Mr. Cramer served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Pinnacle Foods Inc. (formerly, Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. and Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC) since March 19, 2004. From 1998 to 2004, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Hicks Sports Group, LLC (formerly, Southwest Sports Group LLC) and Southwest Sports Realty LP. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hicks Sports Group, LLC. Prior to joining Southwest Sports in 1998, he was affiliated with each of the platforms C. Dean Metropoulos managed since 1987. Mr. Cramer served as an Executive Vice President and Assistant Secretary of International Home Foods from 1996 to 1998. He served as an Executive Vice President and Secretary of The Morningstar Group, Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and Executive Vice President of Administration and General Counsel of Stella Foods Inc. from 1990 to 1994. He held various positions in other acquired companies such as Ghiardelli Chocolate. Previous to this, he was engaged in the private practice of law for several years and was based in Wisconsin. He served as a Director of International Home Foods Inc. from 1996 to 1998. He served as a Director of Pabst Brewing Company, LLC from June 2010 to November 2014. He served at various times as President of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and Dallas Stars Hockey Team. He was appointed as the Founding Director of the Texas Program in Sports and Media at the University of Texas at Austin in July 2010. Mr. Cramer is a Member of several charitable boards, foundations, advisory groups and civic groups. He is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Communication at UT. He was an Associate Professor of the Tisch Center School of Sports Management at New York University from August 2007 to June 2010. He has lectured at several economic development and real estate forums around the country regarding mixed use and sports anchored developments, is a consultant to the sports industry and is a frequent commentator for various news organizations regarding the business of sports. Mr. Cramer holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1974 and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 1978.
