People hands down, we have amazing people.

We LAUGH A LOT! LOL...it's fun to walk around and hear the spirit of our organization through the halls.

Our Culture Club is AWESOME! They host the best things like pancake day, October fest and regular holiday festivities

Collaboration and candid feedback- we love to know what we can do better and are not scared to share our opinions

The daily interactions. We are all busy, but we are all here for the right reasons to change the lives of our students/partners and each other through elevation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The PEOPLE! It feels fake at first that you hear laughing and people are genially happy, but it's real and it's great. Such a relief from past places were people are disingenuous. Not here!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged and a part of all aspects of our work. Dialed in and up beat, but realistic and provide constructive feedback when needed. All around one of the best places I have ever worked

Great Communication- We are always aware of our standing whether that is financial or just current projects and initiatives there is a spirit of inclusion here that tells you were are more than just a number or employee. We are a team!
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were a lot of interviews, but it was because they wanted to make sure I would contribute to the culture positively. They focused on the "culture fit" because they safe guard it and they mean it. They value internal referrals because those who work here know the important of good team work
