What makes you most happy at work?
Feel like I am contributing and that my contribution matters. I also feel like my ideas matter and are heard. This company is about action and making things happen to run more efficiently.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Starting salary is higher than comparable jobs/positions in the industry. I had a job offer elsewhere and was offered a significant amount more here, and the hiring process was so quick, I was able to start right away.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of tenure here to support the on-boarding of a new employee. The culture is inviting and I feel like I have been given the tools I need to succeed, and am trusted to do so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In particular, Joe Patterson, it fully invested in the PEOPLE that work here and takes time DAILY to walk around and speak to each individual. I feel valued by the leadership team. Maybe not always on an individual level, but I know that my contribution goes to the overall company goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is great. I feel like I get a say in the schedule that I work and even get to work from home one day a week. The great this is that many people are so devoted that they will work overtime or on the weekends in order to meet the client needs and contribute to the overall goal.
