I love working for this company. The one downside is that I have seen more people fired then I've seen at any company I've worked. Although I work hard and have a good attitude, I get nervous there is a low bar to be fired. With that said I'm all for getting rid of people who aren't hard workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a big project that is successful in its ambition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid well. The worst part is the healthcare, you only provide high deductible plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teams are highly collaborative and we really push each other. Sure there are some weak links, but the good workers are really great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and other leaders I work with are hardworking and compassionate people. They understand workload limits and also when to push you further. I enjoy working with them every day. As far as the higher ups, meaning the people above my boss, I don't think I have talked to them since I was hired
