Valuing not inly 'what'' is contibuted but 'how' staff are expected to act. Leadership needs model company values, or stop pretenfing that they matter.
Upper management should model how important our customers are and have a service attitude. Nothing positive will happen if it doesn't start at the top. Upper management appears to focus on their careers and power versus delivering the best product and services we can for our customers.
