great people, great customers. very welcoming "family" type environment, easy movement to higher position

The effective communication and the need to have happy customers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Valuing not inly 'what'' is contibuted but 'how' staff are expected to act. Leadership needs model company values, or stop pretenfing that they matter.

Upper management should model how important our customers are and have a service attitude. Nothing positive will happen if it doesn't start at the top. Upper management appears to focus on their careers and power versus delivering the best product and services we can for our customers.

Most people are unhappy .
