Literally all I do is attend meetings. Sometimes we have meetings to plan future meetings.

Actually communicating with ALL employees and making us feel like stakeholders in the direction of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Multiple rounds of layoffs and good people leaving for other opportunities takes a toll on morale. Pay us more and we'll stay.
