2-way communication; manage change better; be more sophisticated and dtrategic about cutting costs (do layoffs more strategically).

Literally all I do is attend meetings. Sometimes we have meetings to plan future meetings.
Valuing not inly 'what'' is contibuted but 'how' staff are expected to act. Leadership needs model company values, or stop pretenfing that they matter.
Upper management should model how important our customers are and have a service attitude. Nothing positive will happen if it doesn't start at the top. Upper management appears to focus on their careers and power versus delivering the best product and services we can for our customers.
Most people are unhappy .
Better communication, behavioral interviewing to demonstrate their committment to unbiased hiring.

Multiple rounds of layoffs and good people leaving for other opportunities takes a toll on morale. Pay us more and we'll stay.
