Be honest to customers. Honor a customers request. If I cancel an order due to extenuating circumstances, don't tell me that it can't be cancelled when product was coming from China & expected delivery was close to a month. Professionally refund a customer for product, policy, express shipping.
I had bought a 40 cm firefly Laptop from HP.com on 28th September 2023. On the website when booking, there were issues in taking the GST number and the address, and then there were issues making payments, so I canceled the order. I again booked but it did not take the GST number and

Not really helpful. It had that new kid in the block feeling and you had to work hard to show them you knew or at least were willing to adapt the “HP way”
