Zero recognition from upper management for the struggles my department has faced the past 2 years because they refused to pay the average pay of other professionals in this field in my city. At this point nothing they do would make up for how I was treated.
You were expected to break your back and just be grateful for a job. Only executives and managers get treated well.

They have people quit and dont replace them or even tell.you they quit. They save the money on this salaries and ask those left to do even more work. They just increase the pay of executives
