What's the office layout like at HubSpot?

The Cambridge headquarters office is pretty open. Most work areas are open office styles with no cubicles or partitions. There are a couple of teams (maybe sales?) that have tiny half bulletin partitions on their desks but its pretty open. There are no offices for managers or the CEO. You sit with your teams/departments, but we all have the same desks whether you work in customer support or on the executive team.

A bunch of different spaces that are open. You can easily never see anyone but the people that are in your location.

A bunch of smaller offices called neighborhoods. No office offices to speak of. Rows of cubes, open layout.

Open floor plan, standing desks, bright and energetic.
