Anyone can work remotely from anywhere, at any time. Your company issued computer has all the required software. You can work with your manager regarding schedule, but in most positions at HubSpot, it's results, not time spent at the office, that matters.

Though we have a few remote workers, generally, we currently favor having the team in Cambridge, MA (HubSpot headquarters) or one of the other offices. But, it somewhat depends on the role and the situation.
