Mr. Alexander Vouvalides, also known as Alex, has been the Chief Investment Officer of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since February 20, 2014. Mr. Vouvalides served as a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Vouvalides joined Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc.'s predecessor, Hudson Capital, LLC, in 2009 as an Associate focusing on acquisitions and investments and was primarily responsible for acquisition analyses, financial due diligence and asset management assignments. Previously, he served as an Associate in the Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group at Credit Suisse (USA), Inc. working in both New York and Los Angeles offices, where Mr. Vouvalides underwrote and closed major acquisition and recapitalization loans across various asset types including office, hotel, retail, land and construction. Prior to that, he served as a Corporate Finance Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Vouvalides graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
