Joshua Hatfield — Executive Vice President of Operations at Hudson Pacific Properties

Mr. Joshua A. Hatfield, also known as Josh, has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Hatfield served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. until July 2015. He served as a Senior Vice President of Operations - Los Angeles Headquarters at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since November 21, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Regional Operations for Northern California at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since March 2014. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific Properties in March 2014, he served for more than nine years in senior positions at GE Capital Real Estate, primarily in San Francisco. He began his career at GE as Director of Debt Originations for GE Capital Real Estate, operating in Chicago and San Francisco, with responsibility for originating new real estate loans and specialty investments with core real estate clients in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest and resort developers worldwide. For the last seven years, he has held a number of portfolio management roles overseeing joint venture and wholly owned real estate in west coast markets. Prior to joining GE, he held business development positions in the software and technology consulting fields in Chicago and Stuttgart, Germany. Following his graduation from West Point, he served as an infantry officer with the 1st Cavalry Division in the US, the Middle East and Bosnia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois.
