Executive Bio
Dr. William Kevin Fleming, PharmD, RPh, has been President of Healthcare Services at Humana Inc. since May 02, 2017. Dr. Fleming is responsible for Humana's clinical and pharmacy businesses that service all Humana segments. He is a member of the Management Team, which sets the Humana's strategic direction. He serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Caritas Norwood Hospital, Inc. and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hospital, including Patient Care Services, Spiritual Care Services and Clinical and Support Services, as well as new construction and renovation programs. A 23-year Humana veteran, he has spent the majority of his career pioneering Humana's pharmacy business and bringing forward a clinical integration belief to drive a total cost-of-care view of the world. In 2017, he has expanded his leadership to include a focus in Humana's home business, behavioral health business, clinical care businesses and advanced clinical analytics. Dr. Fleming served as Vice President of Pharmacy and Clinical Integration at Humana, Inc. He serves as a Trustee of Foundation for Managed Care Pharmacy. Dr. Fleming served as a Director at Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PCMA (the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association) and has held prior Board/Trustee appointments to various pharmacy and charity organizations. He has also been named a Fellow in the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (FAMCP). He received his BS Pharmacy from the University Of Kentucky College Of Pharmacy; where he went on to receive his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). He also holds a BA in General Studies from Transylvania University with an emphasis in biology and economics.
