Horrible. Many of my friends lost their jobs because of their LIES, They only kept their favorites, mostly the lazy/incompetent people that didn't deserve their jobs.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many people in the interview room asking too many questions at once.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At Hunter Douglas, Hard work means NOTHING. It's all about who you're buddy-buddy with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get rid of all the apple-polishers and lapdogs. more importantly get rid of the favoritism-playing management!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Gossip, Drama, low-key bullying all around! It's all the worst parts of being in high school! very toxic!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
shady management, they're LIARS, Their handling of the covid crisis was just appalling when not only did they LIE about their business classification to avoid essential business laws, they LIED to employees saying there would be no layoffs and that their jobs were safe. a week later 60+ people gone.
