Rigorous, but appropriately so. It weeds out folks that aren't a good culture fit.

Very feedback oriented culture. Both upwards and downwards. I feel that I could give my leaders direct feedback about initiatives or work without conflict.

Teammates at Huron are available and willing to help. There is a good sense of trust. 99% of employees are great to work and hangout with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates promoted at Huron begin at $87K and they hire associates from outside at a much higher rate. Comparable firms in the same industry pay $15-20K more, some have even left for $40K more.
