Pretty transparent and very strategic
While my manager and CEO is awesome, Some leaders in my practice are very raw. They donot have people skills and they show favoritism.
Authentic, transparent, committed and collaborative.
Very feedback oriented culture. Both upwards and downwards. I feel that I could give my leaders direct feedback about initiatives or work without conflict.
