i cant speak to the consultants' experience, but working on the corporate side is not worth it. way too much work, not enough pay, expectations constantly shifting.

my direct team is great. people are very nice and helpful.

understanding how people are feeling and creating an environment where people feel they can speak openly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if i weren't expected to work at a higher level than my job title / pay rate. or if i were actually given the title/pay that aligns to the high level of work i'm doing.
