The experience and network they have is amazing. I know senior industry leaders trust our Executive Leadership team which is why we have so much repeat business.
Staying in touch / availability. Leadership hierarchies that make sense and provide leadership resources to the right teams. Giving feedback. Metrics. Setting vision. Managing unruly employees and egos.
