I would've aprreciate it if we can already use our HMO on the day that we're officially hired. So sad we had to wait 3 months before we can use our Medicare
Trnspo allowance but they included the said amount as a deduction to our pay .which i dont understand

The role is not fully supported with the knowledge that is needed. Revolving door with leadership, customer service reps, etc.
If I get paid all my hours worked. If I got told what I do right and not.just what I do wrong. If I got the raise and bonuses that were promised.

I feel undervalued because I'm exploited. I'm not allowed to disconnect calls when customers are verbally abusive, the system is always having issues, I've begged for a different schedule but seniority doesn't matter. They accommodate newer employees but not the tenured ones who have stuck it out.

Appraisal yearly. Coaching should be within the shift otherwise it should be paid as OT
