What is the best part about your compensation package?

The thrivepass benefit is really cool. I like it alot.

I like that there is a 401K with a match, and a lifestyle spending account and Summer Fridays! Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we close business earlier so that our employees can enjoy the weekend a little bit more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other companies doing the same things pay more and value all their employees equally.

The company is very aggressive about compensation and refuses to allow for discussion. Someone I know was forced out of the company for so much as asking for an inflationary raise.

Compensation comes in more forms than just monetary compensation.

Established employees should not make less than new ones

Make barely above minimum wage for a job that requires a lot of skill

Cash and benefits are not the only forms of compensation. Gratitude and responsibility are also rewards.

Leadership makes decisions without asking their team. The people who have influence have been with the company for at least three years. More compensation wouldn't address this.
