In general, I enjoy the people here at Ibotta. There are some very smart people here and its a pleasure interacting with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that there is a 401K with a match, and a lifestyle spending account and Summer Fridays! Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we close business earlier so that our employees can enjoy the weekend a little bit more.
