- What did you like most about the interview process?I found the team conducting the interviews to be transparent regarding some of the unflattering online reviews. I think ICE needs to update its policies to provide more flexibility regarding remote work since they are competing for talent against companies that do provide hybrid or 100% remote.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?smart, crazy ( in good mind) , maximum human and specialist ,
- What is the best part about your compensation package?bonus payments, incentives and benefits, such as group health care coverage, short-term disability insurance and contributions to a retirement savings account
