Pay your vendors as promised
they dont even pay you the salary inorder to discuss about compensation
the employees specially in the day shift are underpaid which is the biggest demotivating factor
Managers are rude and nonchalant. They don't care if someone suffers or someone resigns

Diversity of talent, a Swiss army knife that can get anything done.
