Side benefits are good in company
Benefits are some of the best I have seen in my 20 year career.
Compared to top peers in our industry, we're not paid as much but more in the middle/average of industry pay. IDC sales reps get additional compensation (commission from sales) which make them better paid then others at IDC, but still considered Avg. pay on the scale of our industry/role...etc.

Compensation is good for some geographies but the company does not adjust compensation for where you live.
