The leadership team is ready to listen. They hear what their employees are facing, both professionally and personally, and take these into account when making decisions to benefit not only the company, but their employees as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to make sure I had all of my questions answered, and that I spoke with everyone I felt could help me understand their business to make sure I was making the right decision myself to come to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works collaboratively, and is always looking for new ways to innovate. Everyone wants everyone on the team to be successful, and looks for ways they can help accomplish that. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, and look to see how we can all make each other better.
