What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to top peers in our industry, we're not paid as much but more in the middle/average of industry pay. IDC sales reps get additional compensation (commission from sales) which make them better paid then others at IDC, but still considered Avg. pay on the scale of our industry/role...etc.

IDC has been in business for 57+ years as a trusted & independent source, supporting technology & business executives with data-driven research, insights, tactical analyst guidance & data -- Helping these organizations make well-informed, fact-based decisions on strategy and technology purchases.

Knowledge sharing and team working. Some people in certain head office in APAC can be immature

I joined the company as a Customer Service Representative. That was a very easy job to get.

mock presentation/role play to management team to see how you fair in a boardroom meeting environment, with live questions, and your ability to reply intelligently and maintain attention of all in the meeting.
