  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Base pay has stayed the same for 5 years and bonus plan has gone from well defined based on profit to completely opaque. If I could at least get a cost-of-living increase to offset inflation and the ability to predict bonuses that would be something.
