Ms. Jacqueline L. Studer, also known as Jackie, has been Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. since September 1, 2014. Prior to joining IDEXX in June 2014, Ms. Studer was General Counsel at Blue Health Intelligence. She served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. since July 13, 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. She has more than 20 years of legal experience, including eight years as General Counsel, Healthcare Information Technology, for GE Healthcare IT and Performance Solutions division. Ms. Studer's extensive legal and corporate management background includes, in addition to GE, leadership roles in entrepreneurial organizations and with The Dow Chemical Company. Ms. Studer earned a bachelor's degree in management from Purdue and her J.D. at Columbia University School of Law.
